Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reliable couriers with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Courier with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us directly to request this shipping method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Providore` Gifts NZ cannot deliver to PO Boxes and is not responsible for non delivery to incorrectly supplied addresses, or for non delivery due to sites without a safe access point. Delivery is made even if the recipient is not available, unless specified.

Every effort is made to deliver the hampers as presented in this catalogue. In the event of supply difficulty, we reserve the right to substitute hamper goods of the same type to equal or greater value. All items are subject to availability, we reserve the right to discontinue lines if product is sold out, or for any other reason. Please check product availability before presenting Providore product in marketing programmes or rewards incentives.

All foods and gift products supplied by Providore Gifts NZ are of highest standard and are covered by The Consumer Guarantee. Hampers are made in batches which are recorded, and Best Before dates are clearly marked on the outer carton. Providore quality food items and food hampers are freshly made and intended for immediate consumption rather than storage! Shelf life for all hamper foods, from dispatch date is 6 weeks minimum. Therefore Providore Gifts NZ is not responsible in any shape or form to the purchaser or recipient, should you present the gift to the recipient at a later date when foods have minimal shelf life or are overdated- please check the ‘Best Before’ date. All food items are perishable and must be stored in a cool, dark place. Talk to us first, if you need bulk delivery with a longer shelf life.
